Our Pricing

We include up to 2 rounds of revisions including improvements of product shoot, lighting and shadow, and add/edit of illustration, elements, objects, design, or texts. Critical change such as a complete change of direction or requirement in the middle of the work process will subject to additional charges and is not considered "revisions".

Your product samples are carefully packed and sent to your desired international address after we finish shooting. We will provide a tracking number, and shipping generally takes 4-10 working days. The shipping fee is quoted separately.

What's the turnaround time?

Order turnaround time for our product photo service depends on the number of images ordered. The approximate turnaround time for orders up to 50 images is 8 business days (excluding holidays) since we receive your products and payment.

What are the shipping options?

Will my products be returned?

Absolutely. Once the order is finished you can approve the shots and confirm a return shipping option that works for you. Still, you can choose the option “I don’t need the products returned to me” when filling in the Order Form.

How much does it cost?

Unlike traditional ecommerce product photographers, we charge per image, not per hour. The prices vary from $35 to $50 per single product image. We provide Membership plans Growth, and Enterprise that give you a lower price per image. You can use Pay as you go plan if you have a one-time need or shoot images occasionally.

Can I provide examples?

Sure! We encourage all our clients to provide references for us to precisely understand what result you want to achieve.

Can I be present during the shoot?

Unfortunately, no. We have fixed prices for our ecommerce product photography services meaning we have a fixed amount of time spent on each image. When the client participates in the shooting process it takes more time and the fixed price per image model stops working. We hope you'll help us achieve a great result by providing clear shooting directions with examples.

Do you accept revisions?

Yes, any revisions made due to FRUIT TREE VISION failure to follow your shooting directions are free. Any revisions made due to unclear directions from the client which were open to interpretation and assumption will be paid.
